Deactivating Real Time Marketing Emails

Posted on by 130
Hi folks,

I have a couple of emails which are older versions of the emails I'm using in my Journeys. However, I cannot deactivate the older Emails. Anyone an idea how to deactivate Real Time Marketing Emails? I'm system admin on this environment and on the latest version of Real Time Marketing.

Thanks!

If you delete the email, are we also deleting the Analytics and statistics along with the email as well?

    Hi Partner,
If you don't want to delete them, you can just refer to my first three steps and ignore the step4.
Deactivate  = Change status to 'draft'.

I hope you can verify my answer if it helps you! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah

    Hi Leah,

Thanks for getting back to me. However, deleting and deactivating are two different things. I want to deactivate them, so I keep the interaction details for later information.

    Kind regards,
    Renée
