Couldn't located posted payables with AA (Analytical accounting) when look up in AA Journal Entry inquiry

A few payables entries are entered with AA code and were able to locate the AA in the payables modules. However, when I go to AA\Journal Entry Inquiry. The following message pops up.

Due to this, these entries are missing in the Management Reporter.

Please help!

Hi, I have attached the attachment after I post so you maybe able to see it now.

I tried to use the Edit analysis feature but I can't even locate the journal entries. It gave me the error message from my 1st post. However, I am able to see the AA codes when I go to "Analytical Payables Transaction Entry Zoom" under Payable Distribution.

I'm not seeing an attachment. As for the fix script, do you have a GP partner? They should be able to get you a copy of it. Note: the script just rebuilds the AA transactions but it will not populate the AA codes...you will have to use the Edit analysis feature under Financial-->Transactions-->Analytical Accounting to add the code.

Attached are the results we found. I think we do need the "AA_DistCorrect_2010.sql" script to fix the problems.

If the AA records didn't create in the AA GL tables then that inquiry screen won't show any...the error message is leading me to believe that is the issue.

Aside from MR, why the posted AP entries can't be found under the AA Journal Entry Inquiry?
