Hello All
I need some help to upgrade report from Nav 2009 to Nav 2016 R2.
If someone have a best solution or a good tuto to do it......

It does not exists NAV 2016 R2.
Most probably you mean converting classic legacy reports into RDLC ones. If this is the case then the best solution would be
a. Be in touch with one of the vast variety of report converter tool ISVs and approach your upgrade. Some names: ForNav www.fornav.com/.../
Simplanova simplanova.com/.../
or many others that you could fine by binging around
b. Hire a freelancer report expert that would perform the upgrade on your company behalf
