Assign support emails to contacts

Hi,

I'm new to this so...

On Dynamics Online I have a queue that contains emails sent form a website support form, so To and From fields are always the same. 

Prior to sending those emails I create contacts in CRM using Dynamics API based on user input (email, name).

Is there a way to determine and set "RegardingTo" field to the actual contact?

    Implemented this by creating a custom workflow and parsing there the subject of the email.

    Thanks for the reply.

    All emails that enter the queue have the the same To and From fields so I create the contact using API. I didn't found a way to parse the email at that point in a process and extract the user email.

    I'll try plugins way and get back.

    Assuming you want to set regarding in email to the contact you have just created ?? One option could be to creaet a plugin on CRM which will read email and associate it to regardingobjectid based on the parameter that you used for creating this contact.

    Another option could be to create contact in CRM when email enters into CRM and set regarding.
