unable to share views

Hi,

Currently I am using MS CRM 2011 and one of my user created a custom view and tried to share the view with other users in the same BU, but he is not able to share the view and he is not getting displayed with any error. he has share permissions. .

Could you please suggest solution, work around?? Also requesting you to provide how to navigate for sharing Custom view..

Make sure security role has share privilege on "Saved View".
