Data populating in leave request table but not in leave request detail table in dataverse?

Hi, 

I have two tables that I am looking at in dataverse. The leave request table and the leave request detail table - both are link and have similar information regarding leave. However, an employee recently applied for leave and that information was recorded in the leave request table, but for some reason it has not been record in the leave request details table? yet all other data matches? Does anyone know why this is happening?

    Hi HS,

    Did you create this data by Power automate or Manual entry in D365 HR?

    If you create manually in the D365 HR then you have to enter leave type and amount. This will create an entry in detail table.

    If you do via power automate just a normal post method for LeaveRequest table then It will not create an entry in detail table.

    Hi Parag,

    The employee created it through the Human resources leave app. So he would have had to select the leave type and enter the amount of leave.

    Which from what you've said should have populated in the details table?

    Hi HS,

    It is strange because leave type and amount details are in Leave request detail table.

    Are you able to see this details in Dynamics 365 HR? If Yes then it should be visible in Leave request detail.

    Can you please check whether Dataverse configuration is ON under System Admin> Link > Integration?

    I am able to see the leave request in the system:

    Checking data configuration: This also seems to be on?

    Both dataverse and virtual tables are on.

    Can you please sync Leave request detail entity once again and check data in Dataverse?

    I refreshed this table:

    So far the item has still not shown up in the leave request details table on dataverse. Was this the correct table I needed to refresh?

    Hi HS,

    this is wrong table. Can you please search leaverequestdetail?

    you have used ESS leave request details tables which is wrong here.

    These are the only tables I see when I search leaverequest in the virtual entity.

    However, if I click dataverse integration to the left of the virtual tables and search for leave request the cdm_leaverequestdetails table is there...is this the one I should be refreshing?

    It worked!
