Auto Load Creation

When creating a PO in 2012 R3, Load gets created automatically.

I unchecked parameter in Warehouse Management Parameter form -> Loads -> 'Automatically create at purchase order entry' which I believed is the reason that creates Load automatically @ PO creation. However even unchecking this parameter doesn't help and load gets created automatically.

Any idea how I can stop auto creation of Load @ PO creation.

Appreciate any help!

Look for the same parameter under the Transportation Management Parameters and make sure it is off as well.
