Hi All,
I have a contact lookup field on my case form. When I click the contact lookup, +New button is missing for the field. I have checked with the create privilege for contact and also quick create abilities for the entity. I do have another lookup field for contact on case form, for this button, new button is available. I am not sure if I am missing something.
Below is the field for which new button is missing.
