Hi.
In dynamics crm 2011, I had plugin which sends email and create task, and the email or task contains unicode chars. But Since we upgraded it to 2016, the plugin sends emails and creates task, but the unicode chars are converted to some unclear chars.
Here is a screenshot of created task....
