Invoke Automatically not working

We have a step to print the Packing Slip that is not working correctly. We have set it to Invoke Automatically and Required, but it just will not process unless you go into the shipper and then exit it. Any ideas?

Philippe,

I'm assuming your order type has an In Process (See Shipper) and Enter Shipper step - what are the Status and Invoke Automatically settings for those two steps? Also, what is the SL Build Version of the database?
