Hi. what is the meaning of this error message? I encountered this one after saving the created agent scripts. Thanks.

Hi John, Could you please expand the "Show details" link, you will get an option to download log file. Please share the log file which will have more details about this error.

Seems like this error is because you are using non alphanumeric character (/) in name/Unique-name. Please remove the non alphanumeric characters and see if it solves the issue.

Please remove (-) as well. Also remove them from Name field and then try.

Thanks for helping out Mustafa Sabir. It's already working. I used a prefix then underscore in unique name field. (e.g. test_ chatbot)

The unique name must have a format that matches this:

Unique Name

A unique identifier in the <prefix>_<name> format.
Important: The following are required for the unique name:

The prefix can only be alphanumeric and its length must be between 3 to 8 characters.
An underscore must be there between the prefix and name.
