Location does not support license plates as it is not license plate controlled.

Dear All,

I got this error when i try to complete the work in advance warehouse management process, i checked the location directives and work template it seems ok  because in 'work creation history log, no issue raised as below.

so when i try to complete the work, following error occurred. what is the reason behind this.

    In Warehouse management parameters

    General Tab - User Location Profile

    Check in selected profile, as enabled "Use license plate tracking"

    but issue still exist..

    as per you instruction, there was a user profile, what missed, i dont have a location ID with user ID, when i created issue resolved.

    Hi Afazal,

    could you please check the settings of your default receiving location RECV. This location must be LP controlled.

    Is the parameter 'Use license plate tracking' set to 'Yes' on the location profile of the locaiton RECV?

    The area path is:

    Warehouse management > Setup > Warehouse > Location profiles

    Hi Laurens van der Tang ,

    Whenever I process a wave from a newly created warehouse, I encounter the same error message.

    New warehouse locations all have location profile IDs, and I haven't found any differences between newly created warehouses and other warehouses


    Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?
