Hi,
I'm using CRM 2011 and I am looking to send a marketing email via a mail merge to about 1,000 contacts.
I have configured my outlook in the email router to work with the CRM. I have enable rack e-mails sent between CRM users as two activities option, and then verify that Create campaign responses for incoming e-mail is set to Yes.
I created a 'test' marketing list and campaign with contacts in my own office to see how it worked. The email was sent fine via the mail merge through outlook. Some of them choose to unsubscribe and some replied to the email.
However in the CRM there is no record of a campaign response from these emails. I know how to create it manually but i want to make all the replies come into campaign responses automatically.
Please help me, I am scratching my head from last four days :(...

I have the same question (0)Hi Nishanth,
It is importante to confirm that your mechanism to receive e-mails is actually working, I mean, dispite the -email being converted to campaign responses, are they being promoted to the CRM?
Also here it is explained the option on the campagin reponses and there is an importante note;
"Important
This option is available only if the Track e-mails sent between CRM users as two activities and Create campaign responses for incoming e-mail options are enabled in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
"
It is the same for CRM on premises.
Regards.
