Missing Associated View Button in Appointment Subgrid in Account Entity

Hi,

I place a subgrid of Appointment entity inside the Account form

Below is the property of the said subgrid. Basically I map it thru the OOB "Regarding" field of Appointment. By the way rename Appointment --> Sales Call and Account --> Customer.

I know it should be just configurable under form properties to show/hide the associated view by dragging the said relationship to the left sidebar of navigation. For some reason the relationship that I am looking for (which is OOB - see screenshot) is not showing among the list.

Can someone please share their ideas on the issue? Thank you!

    Hi,

As Appointments are a part of the Activities left navigation area, a single activity i.e. Appointment will not be visible. The records will be a part of Activities pane.

    Hi Kalpavruksh,

Thanks for the reply, I've tried to update my subgrid and set to Activities (Regarding), but the "Associated View" button is still not showing (see second image).

I've already added the "Activities" in the navigation but still not working.

Did I miss anything? Thank you again for the help.

I sort of had the same issue once.

In Ribbon Workbench the display rules or enable rules turned out to be missing for this 'Open Associated Grid View for {0}' button, the rules did exist, but where not linked to the button, don't know the details anymore.

So I compared it with a clean solution from a vanilla instance, i linked the rules again with this button and the button was visible again.
