Dynamics 365 & Ping Identity

Hi team,

Recently, our customer starts using Ping Identity as a third-party federation provider. Since that, I was enable to use XrmToolBox, each time I try to connect I receive this error:

"An unsecured or incorrectly secured fault was received from the other party. See the inner FaultException for the fault code and detail."}
{"ID3242: The security token could not be authenticated or authorized."}

I found this link:

But I can't apply what it suggests because I am working on Dynamics 365 online.

Any help?

(Correction to my question) I was "unable" to use XrmToolBox.
