Hi,
The second image is from the Older version (legacy App).
The new apps are built on Unified Interface.
The new app experience, looks like this:
You can access these from:
https://home.dynamics.com/
For the sales, you can click on Sales Hub app.
The legacy app, now only shows Advanced Settings.

As stated by Wahaj, the second image is the legacy web client experience. Dynamics now has the Unified Interface experience that you can explore in the trial.
