Hi,

I am using AX 2009 and I have batch job which calls AIF out bound service and generate files for my partner. Now I have two batch jobs scheduled different intervals.

Batch jobs uses  Itemservice, which will send all modified item information in last 30 /60 minutes.

( for example partner1 - every 1 hr., Partner 2 - every 30 seconds ) .

At this point no BizTalk or any other Ftp software

 

is this possible through configuring AIF to drop the files different intervals. For me it looks like not possible.

I am planning to have two different service for this.

 

Please advise or suggest me best solution

    Taking two services, I believe will solve the issue. When we consider the FileSystemAdapter,

    Service for partner1 could be ItemService1(Say) and will have a unique folder (say) C:\Folder1 for Endpoint1.

    Service for partner2 could be ItemService2(Say) and will have a unique folder (say) C:\Folder2 for Endpoint2.

    Call to both this services should be made during the item modification.

    BatchProcessing should be made to run for each 30mins, where the particular AIF document will be available for both partners in there respective folders where Biztalk could be integrated.

    Please let me know If I missed anything.

    As I mentioned I  Implemented with two service and it works fine . But still , I assume AIF should support this,

    When we implement two services lot of duplicate code .
