Hi
I am new to D365 FSCM and Power Bi.
I am trying to create a report for our Quality department. the data I need is in the InventQualityOrderTable, however I can't see this table in the Power Bi table selector when I Connect. I can see the table using the table viewer. I am using Odata to connect to the server
Thanks for any help
C
While creating your data entity, there is the createdDateTime field on InventQualityOrderTable . You should include this field and you are good to go.
Thanks Komi for your reply.
Must of the data I need is in the QualityOrderHeaders table except for the date the record was created. Do you how how I can get to the date field
thanks
Hello C,
Odata uses data entities which are built from Visual studio.
You are not able to see InventQualityOrderTable table because there no data entity for this table.
In addition, not only you need a data entity, it needs to be exposed by setting the is public to Yes in Visual studio.
