I had 5000 for batch size.
sometimes, customer had more than 1400 ~ 1500 credit card transactions a day.
and they do settle, they got an error( techincal error, no transactions were settled).
as you guys suggested, I have changed it from 5000 to 1000.
it would be solved this issue?
mercury suggests 1000 records. Depending on the back end platform they set for you, their batch size is either 1500 or 3500.
Make sure all stations and back office computers have the same number.
I don't know what the maximum is. We're using 1000 with Mercury without any trouble.
