Dear D365FO community,
We have configured the workflow email notifications using power automate and we have added some instructions in workflow step instructions using place holders but they are coming as text in the email so we need to add table in it to show the message as table format for PO lines
like below

You are responding to an old question. Is your reply related to workflow notification emails? Or do you have another trigger? If so, please explain your business requirement.
It is possible to create a table in emails by specifying a HTML body in PowerAutomate and use HTML coding for the table.
Can you also tell what exact type of attachment you need to send? Is it an attachment linked to the PO or PO line or do you need to send e.g. a PDF version of the confirmation?
If you write "Kindly do needful", what exactly do you expect from the volunteers on this community?
