I keep on received script error with empty error information.
This error can be repeated in IE only in a new installation CRM 2015 when close a rich edit dialog.

click on "view the data that will be sent to Microsoft" thta will provide actual error message.

When I click on "View...."
There is empty information inside. This error will happen when edit any JavaScript file in IE, I got the same empty error from email template as well but can not be repeated but here is always error.

do you see any error reported in browser developer tool? press F12 in the browser to see browser errors.

When click the cancel get a error.

This is a new installed CRM org, I tested it in Firefox no error.

This seems to be issue with 2 docbody added to the html . I would suggest ignoring this issue and setting notification preference system wide either "send it automatically" or "never send on error report"
