Data replication to an SQL database for reporting

Hi Team,

In SQL we have a concept called replication of DB, which replicates the data from source DB to destination DB near real time.

Can we use the same concept in Dynamics 365 F&O ?

So our D365FO DB (PROD DB) is source DB and we can create a new separate Azure SQL DB will be the destination DB and we can push the data using replication ?

If this possible, will it be real time replication of Database or any delay.

Please let me know. Thanks

Hi Anudeep,

You can replicate data to Azure SQL Database using Data Export Service.

But in some cases, there may be a delay in data synchronization, such as the workload is too high.
