Want to see Body of Email in Activities when I hover over it.

At the current time I have to use "Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook". I use "Track" or "Set Regarding".

When I go to accounts in CRM, I would like to hover over the email in activities and see the body of the email, instead of just the subject line.

Is that possible?

Hi Moe,

Unfortunately, no, we aren't able to modify the tooltip in CRM (at least not in a supported way). You could try making changes through the DOM to force the tooltip to say what you want, but it's not supported and could break with any update.
