I have import 4K records, and it is saying 500 failed due to duplicate detection. Which I expects.
But how can I export the list of all the ones that failed. When I go in to the import source file and click on failures there is no link to export

Any update on this? I am also facing the same issue in 2016. The option was available in 2015 after upgrade i couldn't see the "export error row" option.
My screen doesnt show that...
It has the print symbol, but not the export to excel

When you open Import source file --> Failures, on the grid there is option to export Error rows.
