I am trying to send a Customer Journey to people that are a part of 2 separate segments. If I choose AND between the two segments, does that mean it'll send to ALL people on both segments? Or only if certain people are on both segments will it send to them?

Should I be choosing OR to send to both segments. A contact can be on A or B, but it'll send to both complete lists? No suppressions.

    Hi backinstereo,

    Actually OR/AND are corresponding to Union/Intersection of segment properties of old customer journey designer, introduction to the old segment tile can be found in en-gb version of doc, please refer to it.

    Combine two segments by using OR in the old designer:

    Therefore, your guess is right: if OR is chosen, it will send email to both segments; and if with AND, only people are on both segments will receive email.
