Please make sure you use the latest version of Plugin registration tool from this link

And if you are still having the same issue, could you please share some screenshots if possible
From what you have described, it looks like it could be an issue with your machine not CRM, its definitely worth trying from different machine
One other option is you can directly deploy plugin from Visual Studio as well.

As of now i cannot delete existing assembly.
the next point "reset the connection" so i have done.
from another machine i didn't tried.
is there any other alternate.
Are you able to remove assembly ?
I believe you can just reset the connection or try from another machine...

I am not getting any error as such,
but whenever i click on Register assembly or register webhook it doesn't do anything .
so many times i have clicked on that but nothing is either added or no error is generated.
although i am connected to the CRM organization.

What is the error you are getting?
will you be able to provide more details... like what error you are getting... sdk version? etc
