here 1:N relation is there but the add button is not appearing is referential relation dont enable to add or some other

does the user have full security permission on both entities?
user is system admin

the second image is about relationship
based on your image the subgrid is related to process session and not testsolution entity. and you cannot add an records to this entity.
Remove this subgrid and add the a new an make sure to select testsolution
Fill The values in the main form and save it.
may be it will enable the + on grid.
try once.

here primary = test
related = test solution
so i am seeing my grid in primary but add is not appearing

while inserting subgrid label showing regarding process session
Open the form and remove the current subgrid and add the new one and make sure to select the testsolution entity.
if you didn't find the value of the testsolution, please open the relation and put the display option as use plural label
