List page is no showing updated data when we close card page

Hello, I am new to Business central. I would like to refresh/show modified data on the list page when we close the card. I tried RefreshonActivate but it doesn't work when modify data on card page.

Hello,

How does the system act if you do the same in for example opening an Item list, then edit an item card? This scenario should refresh automatically I beleive, and then can you simplify the scenario as much as possible and send code, if this happens in customized code?
