Data not saving after validation in Unified Version

Hello Experts,

I have required the Account Name field on Opportunity but when we required message fired and when we select account name 'A' from lookup and save the data from bottom of save button the nothing is happening also opportunity data is not saving. But when we change the lookup value to 'A' account to 'B' account data is saving Unified Version.

    After you selected the value for the account lookup, click on some other field and try the save and see if it works
