SQL Change Tracking for Dynamics GP

Has anyone implemented "Change Tracking" option in SQL Server for Dynamics GP? I am testing it by enabling at Database level and for a table.

It seems there is no straight forward query to see the changes History. Do you know any SQL query that is easy to use to see Change History recorded by this option?

Is there any impact on performance or compatibility issues with GP application if we enable this on SQL Server? I only need to enable for few tables.

Following screenshot shows the option i am referring to in SQL. Any thoughts are welcome. Thank you.

    Thanks Ven. After further testing, I find the limitation of "Change Tracking" is that that is only records changes as "version" number of the rows, but it does not records who changed or what date/time the record was changed.

    HelloB:

    Management Reporter datamart uses this feature on all the GP companies that are referenced in a given MR install with Data Mart provider. We have had this for a few years now and our GP performance has not suffered.

    There are quite a bit of posts on the SQL server groups on how to retrieve changed data.
