Hi all,
I'm having an issue with the outlook dynamics app. When I try to track it against a new opportunity, lead, case, etc. that I'm creating from the add-on app, it is not finding any users or teams. It is finding everything else in our system (contacts, accounts) or if I try to just track it to an existing record (accounts, contacts, leads, opps) it finds those. When I type in a user or team name it just endlessly searches with no results.
I have cleared internet/outlook caches. I have re-added the app. I have edited and republished quick views associated with the app and users/teams. None of these have helped.
Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
