Hi, in the "Activities" section of Dynamics, is it possible to find out which of my agents marked an activity as finished?
Hello,
You can use the "Modified by" field. This field shows the last person who modified a record. Since closed activities are read-only, this field should tell you who closed them.
If you are using D365 online, you can, for example, do this:
- Navigate to "Closed activities" view.
- Click "Edit columns" => Add "Modified by".
If you want to reuse this view, you can save it under another name:
- Click on "Closed Activities".
- Saved as new view.
