Are there anybody with experience running MS CRM2013 on MAC OS & Outlook using Riva/Parallel?
We have a potential customer, who wants to understand how smoothly CRM2013 works on Apple. I haven't any experience with it so any "real-life" input is highly appreciated :)

Thanks for input on pricing - Parallel surely stands out as a more cost effective solution.
But then the customer would have to use Outlook for PC and some of the users uses Outlook for MAC - of course if the customer is fine spending +$16/month/user.
Thanks for sharing your input - I appreciate it.

I understand that when you use Parallel - as you suggest you would need WIN OS. I was looking at Riva to avoid that the client has to invest in WIN OS etc. and just run MAC OS X.
Apparently Riva plugin should eliminate the requirement for a WIN OS etc. Riva integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and supports both hosted and on-premise Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook; Outlook 2010, Outlook 2011 for Mac, Outlook Web Access; Microsoft Entourage for Mac; Apple Mail, Address Book, iCal; BlackBerry, iPhone and other ActiveSync mobile devices.
But it is good to hear that your experience is positive :)
