Unable to Delete or Share as an Administrator

Ok this is a first.  I am using a System Administrator account in our CRM Online instance but yet cannot share nor delete a personal view as the buttons are greyed out/disabled.  Any ideas?

I have attempted this in IE and Firefox.

Is this a personal view or a system view ? If it's a system view, there is no concept of sharing it, and you cannot delete system views from Advanced Find. These buttons are only enabled for personal views

    Hi Mordecai

As stated in below blog post personal views are beyond the purview of System Administrators. Even System Administrators cannot easily share or edit a personal view if they have not been given the appropriate privileges.

This might help you in deleting personal views.

Personal views and personal dashboards cannot be shared by System Administrators.

    Hi

First of all, its wrong that personal views cant be shared by System Admin; they can very well be shared if you have created them.

Secondly, you are doing it wrong.

    Follow the steps below:

Go to advanced find>>look for 'contacts'>>click on 'saved views button'>> you will see all your personal views here

Now select the view (dont click)>>click on delete or share now
