Transfer Order: Item Shipped but Don't Have in Picking List.

Hi All,

I have a situation here, where we have shipped a transfer order.

We notice there is 1 item which was not picked in picking list but somehow its been shipped.

This is the transfer order, where item highlighted was not picked

This is the picking list, where item 232588 was not in the picking list.

Somehow, the item was shipped in the shipment

I have no idea how this is happening, Appreciate anyone who has experience in this to advise why this happening?

    Hi Adhha,

    I do think it is an user error. Depending on the business and settings, you can skip the picking registration. There are parameters where you can tell AX to have registration requirements. If this is not set, it is quite easy to ship all items.

    Most easy would be completing this transfer order and create a new one to move the items back to the original warehouse.

    Hi Adhha,

    There is not parameter for skipping the registration; only for having this step mandatory.
