Our sales team is currently using Microsoft Mappoint 2013 to take exported Excel data from Dynamics CRM to plan their daily call routes. MapPoint is discontinued and we are looking for a new product that is a replacement with mobile capability and integration to Dynamics. We are currently reviewing Badger Maps and like all of the features but it costly and not a direct plug-in to Dynamics CRM.

What are other people using to do route planning?

Hi Brad, Have you tried Mapylitics by Inogic, built especially for Dynamics CRM?

For a More Complete Field Service Solution Dynamics Which has some if the routing capabilities check out Field One, Field Service which is part of CRM Online and should be quite easy for you to trial.

May be you should try some dynamic routing software like Locus which provides cloud-based routing solutions.
