Customer collaboration on Opportunities

Hi,

Because of our complicated business proces we have the following situation:

- Our whole business proces is managed with Opportunities in Dynamics CRM. We do not use Case management

We want to collaborate with our customers in the following way:

- All customers should be able to login on a portal and see the status and other specific fields of only their Opportunities.

- Nice to have: Customers should be able to provide the Opportunity with input

As far as I can see, there are no add-ons available for portals that show information regarding Opportunities.

Does anyone know if there are add-ons available, or if there are other ways to achieve this (SharePoint integration?)

    Hello,

There is no way to show a Business Process Flow to a Portal user, however this does not stop you from interacting with them.

For Example: You can create an Entity List with filters: Opportunities that belong to the current logged user.

The records of this grid you can "serve" with an Edit Entity Form where the user can update fields.

Finally you can complete your scenario with a Workflow that updates the BPF stage in case some coditions are met on Opportunity Update.

    Hi,

You can use Dynamics 365 Portals and expose your opportunities t you end customer. The ability to read/ edit/ update is defined with the Portal configurations using he Entity Permissions.

    Please refer  below link-

    Hope this helps.
