the flower is buy one get 50% off. I set this 50% off discount with "buy X and get Yfor Z:unit price"
in Store Operrations Manager. so when I ring this flower twice, discounted 50% automatically,
and I did 10% discount manually.
Can you seperate the discount amount?

The transaction entry for each item only has one each fullprice, currentprice and discount amount fields. This is not possible like you have shown. You could use a negative priced item but then this is not really a discount and screws up the Manager reports, so I don't recommend this.
So basically the answer is No.
