I am printing a SOP Pick Ticket that has a barcode on it. When I print it to the screen from the Thick Client, it prints fine. However, when I print it using the Web Client, it print *Document Number* like this *ORD022298*. Has anybody has any experience like this and what dod you do about it?

Thanks. I verified that you need to have it installed on the Web Server and on the Client PC. If you have a scale out deployment of your Web Client, you do NOT need to have it installed on the Session Server although it wouldn't hurt anything obviously.

As Kirk pointed out, it is quite common that customized GP reports carry on bar-codes that will rely on windows fonts that are not standard part of the system setup.
Those fonts are usually .TTF files that are stored in the global font directory in Windows system.
In your case, when using the full client, the font needs to be installed on every PC where you run those reports with embedded bar-codes. If it's from a Citrix or TS, it needs to be installed there.. not on the local computer.
In the case of the Web client, I guess that the same is true.. the font needs to be installed on the web server, though I'm not sure because the rendering is usually done on the client side, so you may as well install it on each user's PC where the Web client is used.
On Windows 7, if you type 'Fonts' in the search bar, it will most likely return a shortcut to the Windows Fonts folder. From there you can just copy the file to a network location or a usb key to install it onto another computer.
Thanks. The font actually says "3 of 9 Barcode" in report writer. This would have to be installed on each Client PC right? Where do I get this font from?
The font isn't installed on the Web Client Host. It looks like it is probably code39.
