Unable to install Dynamics for Marketing on trial CRM Environment

Hi all!

I know that question below was already discussed on the forum, but I couldn't find an answer:

I want to configure Dynamics for Marketing on trial CRM Environment, but during configuration I get the following error:

Your selected Dynamics 365 organization entitlement doesn't match your tenant. Paid tenants require a paid organization, and preview tenants require a preview organization.

Can you please help me with this issue? Is it possible to configure Dynamics for Marketing and Marketing portal for trial CRM?

    I had issues with this as well.

    I had to get Microsoft to fix.

    It took them several days :(

    Hello Boris,

    I am assuming you are trying to set up/deploy a Paid Dynamics 365 for Marketing app on a CRM trial instance. if yes, then this is not supported right now. a paid MKT app can only be installed on non-trial instances. alternatively, a trial MKT app can only be installed on a trial instance.

    if you want to do a trial for MKT app then please visit dynamics.microsoft.com/.../overview and click the Get Started to request a Marketing Trial.
