Anyone know if Microsoft get free apps for Navision made by power apps?
There is a place to download it?

If you're on NAV the bigger thing to contend with is you need to pass data into powerapps via a different means. You could look at a on premise gateway and try doing it with SQL. In terms of free you need to validate what type of license you have. MSFT provide a bunch of templates that can be adapted to use other data sources but NAV is not one of them. Get the data passed elsewhere or with the gateway and you'll be good to go.

But my doubt is if Microsfot have app ready to work with navision and if its free for download.

I was imagine, becuse powerapps is a tool to you make your own apps right?
It is but there are free templates and the community provides a number of free components too. I am a strong advocate for using it.
