Hello all,
Trying to add a template under D365 F&O Human resource module ---> communication ---> Application Document template for corresponding actions.
Getting the below error; can someone help in understanding the setup.
Hi Harsh,
Not every data entity is supported with a template. If there is no template, it will use some default fields from the data entity directly. You can add a template yourself to have all your required columns visible.
Please refer to below document for configuring document template.

Navigation for Document template setup will be in the following path for D365 F&O.
Organization administration > Setup > Office Integration > Document templates.
you have to generate the Template using a word document, Save and upload the file.
