ISV Code aborted the operation . Getting this error on custom error in plugin post CRM 365 update to 9.1

1. Any customised error in plugin is not fired as Business process Error. Getting ISV error.

2. Stop workflow step message also shows "ISV error" not the message given in the OOB workflow.

Both of the issues occurring post upgrade to 9.1 version. Any help on this?

    When was the issue raised. Any update from MS? Should I also raise the case with now?

    I have opened a case with MSFT but no solution so far.

    Seems to be happening since version Version 1710 (9.1.0.630)
