In POS if i want to check what qty user enter is it possible?
if possible, what kind of method i can use?

No customer button. Touch the secure button. Then have the manager log in. Then the manager would apply the new price. Then have the cashier finish the sale.

After discuss with customer.
they are agree control by security. then i create a customize button to allow them to enter positive quantity.
So you setup the field to be disabled with normal cashiers and enabled for Management. Then have the management process the returns. Or do they want the cashier to take and do returns?
security feature only can disable the field cannot be change. but my customer is request only when is return item. not allow to change.
You can use the security features within RMS to accomplish this. Search the help file for security. It will walk you through setting everything up.

If your item is setup to prompt for the quantity, then it is whatever the cashier entered. This can be found on a sales report or receipt.
I you are talking about keystrokes, then you could install a keylogger program and use that. I haven't ever done that so can steer you in the correct direction to find, possibly a google search.
