Cannot approve costs for item with setup time included in operations...

Hi All,
 
I work on D365 FO VM from MS - version:10.0.38 company USMF
 
I created an item (as released product) with BOM and route with Standard Cost as Inventory model. In route - I created one operation where setup time has been defined and run time has been defined. I created a route group where I marked as ON estimation and costing for setup time.
 
When I calculate Item cost for the item - 'pending costs' is calculated and includes 'setup time'.
 
When I try to 'Approve pending price' - system works relatively long and finally issues an error message about 'Connection is lost...' and re-run D365 FO again - keeping calculated cost as 'Pending' .
 
Any advice - what I did wrong - kindly appreciated ...

    thank you for responses - seems that cleaning browser cache helped. Now - I'm able to activate the cost.

    Hi,
    Is your network stable? Will trying to clear your browser cache and trying it again work? Large amounts of data may increase network burden and system resource usage, resulting in lost connections. Is the BOM active? You can view this document for an overview of costing versions. (It mentions that the two locking policies of the costing version determine whether pending costs can be retained and whether pending costs can be activated. Use blocking policies to allow data maintenance and then use them to prevent data maintenance of cost records in the costing version.)

    Can you tell us if the list with pending costs has a huge number of lines? Are there some customizations on top of this environment?
