Is anyone using (or know anyone else using) the Inogic software that integrates Dynamics CRM to Quickbooks? I am curious to know how reliable/seamless the synchronization is. I have heard that Quickbooks is a tough piece to plug-in to and have a little skepticism.
Any opinions or thoughts?

Thanks for the information! We are probably going to start our trial in the next week or two. They were extremely responsive to our initial questions though. Very impressive.
Jeff,
We just concluded the QBE + CRM 4 integration. It went well. There are some quirks - such as the console must be logged on (could be locked) while running the integration components, but may be unique to us because of our multiple location, colocated/on premise implementation.
All in all - I give them high marks for implementation, support, responsiveness. At one point I needed help on the weekend and they supported me via email on a Friday night and Sat during the day.
So, in short - I highly recommend Inogic and Sam in particular.
Jeff,
We looked at all the solutions offered for QB/CRM integration. Most all of them were hosted, which did not interest us. Inogic was one of the few that had a product we could use on-premise, and had the features we needed.
Our company handles products in a unique fashion. The Inogic team did not hesitate moving forward with customizations that resolved our organization needs in that area, at a very reasonable price.
I would definitely recommend Inogic for your Dynamics CRM / Quickbooks integration. Let me know if you would like any more details, I'd be happy to respond.
Thx,
Michael Wilde.

Jeff,
We too have used the QB to CRM integration from Inoigc. It does work as advertised.
We have worked with Inogic for several years. We have found them to be very responsive and highly customer service focused. I would not hesitate to utilize any tool they offer because I know it will be well designed and heavily tested.
Good Luck.
I have purchased Inogic's software. I tried to evaluate Pervasive's offering, but it crashed immediately upon opening. In contrast, Inogic's developers install the software for you by using Teamviewer, and they work through all implementation problems until the problems are resolved. You don't pay until you are happy that the software works according to your needs.
On the whole, it is a tough job to synchronize QB and CRM, primarily because QB is much more complete than CRM. For instance subtotal items, discount items, group items, assembly items and so on are not even on the radar screen in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. QB har been around much longer and has a much larger customer base, whereas CRM is a new product that is not even thought to be used as an accounting system. As such, you should expect that the sychronization will be limited, and you might really question how you will use such a limited synchronization.
However, for what it is, the Inogic offering is better than Pervasive's. I view the current implementation as just the beginning of what is possible, and hopefully in ten years the two products will really work well together.
