Hi,

I would like to add a tooltip to a section header, so the user knows to click the header to expand the section (they are collapsed by default). I know how to add a tooltip to a field, but I was wondering if I can do this for a section header...

You cant add infotips to Tabs or Sections (I think you actually mean a Tab, since they can be collapsed and expanded by the user, whereas Sections can only be hidden or revealed through code or Business Rules). I think I have seen requests on Connect to make collapsed tabs more obviously "clickable" or some kind of affordance to make it obvious you can expand them, like the old "twister" arrows.
