Incorrect unit on Transactions form

Hi Everyone,
I am facing an issue, Transactions from shows incorrect unit. (Inventory management > Inquiries and Reports > Transactions)
Setups:
For product F00007, Purchase unit is “Kg” and Inventory Unit is “Pcs”.

Unit conversion set for product F00007 is 1 Kg = 3 Pcs

Steps:
Create a Purchase order for product F00007.
Click on Inventory > Transactions
When form open through Purchase order , On the Inventory transaction form correct unit i.e. Inventory Unit is displayed.
Since the Unit conversion set for product F00007 is 1 Kg = 3 Pcs, System shows Inventory unit with correct quantity through Unit conversion.

Navigate to Inventory management > Inquiries and Reports > Transactions
Filter with Purchase order number.
You will find the quantity is correct however the Unit is wrong. The unit should be same as the unit shown in the Inventory transaction from opened through the Purchase order, i.e. Inventory unit should be displayed.

My expectation is Inventory unit should be displayed on Transactions form (Inventory management > Inquiries and Reports > Transactions).

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can assist in this scenario? My environment version is 10.0.44.

    Hi Soumi,
I do have the same issue in 10.0.45 preview version.
Interesting, that if you will open "transaction details" form from the inventory transaction the Inventory unit there will be correct = pcs.

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for the reply.

I agree from the Inventory > Transaction, form shows the correct unit.

However if we Navigate to Inventory management > Inquiries and Reports > Transactions and filter the transaction , the Unit field shows incorrect unit.

It seems a potential MS bug, and I have raised a ticket with MS for the same.

    Regards.

    Hi Soumi,

The technical field name is InventoryUnitID. In case it is showing the transaction unit instead of the inventory unit, I think it is a bug. You can create a ticket for Microsoft Support and log this as an incident.
