Web Client is not running via VS Code after Database Upgradation from NAV 2017 to BC 14

Hi Experts,

I hope that you all are doing well.

I followed following links and did data upgradation from Nav 2017 to Bc14.

In BC14, When I opened Web Client directly. I can clearly see that all the data has been upgraded to business central 14. See following Screenshot

Then I added customized table fields in AL Code to meet the no of fields in upgraded database and tried to run the web client via VS Code and faced following errors.

First I was able to downlaod symbols. When I connected upgraded database with BC14 server Instance, download symbols is also not working.

As mentioned on the top, I can only run the web client directly via url and upgraded data is also there.

I tried my best but all in vain. Can anyone please tell me that how can I run the web client via vs code. Answers will be highly appreciated.

Hi, There are three points to be confirmed.

1. Make sure that development-related settings are enabled.

2. Add the URL to Web Client Link.

3. Delete :7049 in the server setting, and then add it to the port setting.

Thanks for replying.

Development related settigns are already enabled.

Web Client Url client is also there.

I've defined the port:7049 separately in the launch.json setting. Please see the screenshot.

Second, when I attach the default "Demo Database BC (14-0)" and creates a new project in al, downloads sybmols and run it. Web Client opens from the vs code correctly. It works fine. But when I attach the upgraded database then I can only run the web client via URL not from the vs code.

Can you please tell me what should I try more?
