I hope you all are well.
 
Are the costs associated with the Sales Order Agent besides the Copilot Studio license and the Capacity pack and/or PAYGO payment options? For example, an initiation fee or an extra fee for using these capabilities.

    No extra fees. Sales Order Agent has no initiation or usage license. You only pay Copilot Credits (capacity pack or PAYG). Nothing else.
